1.1 Contest Bag is a website owned and operated by Distinguished Curriculum Establishment (“Contest Bag” or “we”), a company established under the laws of Saudi Arabia with its registered office at Eshbilia, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Contest Bag website and any services provided through it. By accessing or using the Contest Bag website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Contest Bag website.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register as a user or transact on the Contest Bag website.
2.2 You must not be a resident of an OFAC-sanctioned country.
2.3 You must not be a minor or individual who is legally prohibited from entering into contracts under Saudi Arabian law.

3.2 Contest Bag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Content or the Contest Bag website at any time without notice.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 You can purchase subscriptions to educational contests and Olympiads on the Contest Bag website.
4.2 Payment for subscriptions can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Mada Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
4.3 The price of subscriptions will be displayed in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) at the checkout page. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card currency.
4.4 Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules.
4.5 Contest Bag reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or subscription, at its sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Contest Bag website and its Content are owned by Contest Bag or its licensors. You may not use any of this intellectual property without our prior written consent.
6. Photography & Videography Parents / Contestant Approval
6.1 You understand and approve that Contest Bag media team may take and use photographs of yourself and/or your children during the contests/events for contest news, promotional, and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, display on the official website, social media platforms, and other digital or printed materials.
7. User Accounts
7.1 You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the Contest Bag website.
7.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify Contest Bag immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
7.3 Contest Bag reserves the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to the Contest Bag website if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
8.2 The courts of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website.

9.1 Contest Bag reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective upon posting on the Contest Bag website.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contest Bag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Contest Bag website or these Terms.
