The International Math Challenge (IMC) is a premier global mathematics competition for students in Grades 3–12. Founded in 2012 in Bangkok, it has grown into a platform that nurtures critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, while promoting global collaboration and cultural exchange.

The journey begins with the National Round — a 75–90 minute online multiple-choice exam (25 questions). Students compete within their grade categories, with awards ranging from Honorable Mention to Gold.

Top performers advance to the Global Round, which combines multiple-choice and problem-solving questions across 90 minutes. This stage challenges students to tackle advanced problems while connecting with peers from over 115 countries.

Through IMC, students gain the opportunity to demonstrate mastery in mathematics, build confidence, and earn international recognition with medals, scholarships, and digital certificates.
