Refund Policy on Contest Bag

1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 All subscriptions purchased on the Contest Bag website are digital and confirmation will be sent via email to the subscriber.
1.2 Refunds are available within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
2. Refund Process
2.1 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified refund window.
2.2 Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Exceptions
3.1 Refunds will not be granted for subscriptions that have already been used or partially used.
3.2 Refunds will not be granted for subscriptions purchased due to a mistake or misunderstanding on the part of the customer if the refund is requested after 7 days of purchase.
3.3 In the event that a participant fails to attend the scheduled test, no re-test, refund, or certificate will be provided. The registration fee is non-refundable, and there will be no opportunity to reschedule or make up for missed tests. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are available on the test date.
