1. Introduction
1.1 This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which refunds are issued for purchases made through the Contest Bag website, owned and operated by Contest Bag Company, trading as Contest Bag, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1.2 By completing a purchase or subscription on the Contest Bag website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 All subscriptions, contest registrations, and related services offered by Contest Bag are digital products. Confirmation of your purchase will be sent electronically via email.
2.2 Refunds are available within seven (7) calendar days from the original date of purchase, provided that the subscription has not been used, accessed, or activated in any way.
2.3 After the 7-day period has passed, no refunds or partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
3. Refund Deductions and Processing Fees
3.1 Approved refunds will be subject to a 10% deduction from the total paid amount to cover payment gateway and administrative processing fees.
3.2 The remaining 90% of the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.
3.3 Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but are typically completed within 10–15 business days after approval.
4. Registration Changes and Cancellations
4.1 Once a registration is completed, no changes can be made to the participant’s details, including but not limited to:

School
-
Grade or category
-
Contest round or selected product
4.2 If a user wishes to correct or update any details, they must cancel the existing registration (subject to the refund rules above) and submit a new registration with the correct information.
5. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases
5.1 Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The subscription or contest access has already been used or activated.

The refund request is made after the 7-day window.

The participant fails to attend a scheduled contest, test, or event.

Incorrect or incomplete registration details are provided.

The participant is disqualified due to violation of contest rules or misconduct.
5.2 Contest Bag will not issue refunds for errors or misunderstandings on the part of the customer after the refund window has expired.
5.3 If a participant misses a contest or test, no re-test, refund, or rescheduling will be offered. The participant bears full responsibility for attending on time.
