It all begins with our Online Rounds, offered in different convenient windows and dates. Students take the test from home or school using a secure, AI-powered proctoring and assessment platform.

 

Top performers advance to our vibrant global finals in one of the cities where the Globa Finals meet; London, New York, or other cities where they tackle high-level mathematical challenges, including Problem Solving Rounds, Speed Calculations, and Logic Challenges—while exploring new cultures, building friendships, and experiencing the excitement of international competition.

How to Join TeenEagle Olympiad

Step into the Math challenge and shine worldwide

Join the Local Round (May 2nd, 2026)
  1. Register for the Local Round

    Choose the date that suits you to join the TeenEagle Math. Pick the round that best suits your schedule and secure your place in the competition.

  2. Prepare for the Test 

    Each category covers two grade levels. Prepare for the test by studying the topics in the curriculum carefully and doing more exercises.

  3. Practice with the Mock Tests

    You can take mock tests and check your knwoledge against real-world samples. This way you can make sure if you're ready for the real tests.

  4. Join the Community

    Parents have access to the community where they can download more practice tests and ask questions about the competition.

  5. Take the Online Local Round

    On the day of the test, make sure you're prepared with your device and internet connection to take the 90-minute 30-question multiple-choice test

  6. Advance to the Big Rounds

    Get the results in your account, get your certificate and proceed with the registration in the Global Round in on of the cities and dates listed.

TeenEagle Math begins with the Online Round, and concludes with the Global Finals.

TeenEagle Math is Open for Students from Grade 1 to Grade 12

2. What curriculum is used for the competition questions?

The competition is built on the British Mathematics Curriculum, following UK curriculum progression and Cambridge-style academic standards. However, the mathematical concepts are the same as those in any other equivalent math curricula. 

3. How is the competition structured?

The competition consists of two main stages: the Online Round, which serves as a qualifier, and the Global Finals, which students can only attend if they successfully pass the Online Round. 

4. What should I expect during the Online Round?

The Online Round is a 90-minute challenge featuring 30 multiple-choice questions. The difficulty level is progressive, moving from basic concepts to more advanced problem-solving tasks.

5. How is the integrity of the online exam maintained?

The exam is conducted through an online system that utilizes auto-proctor software to ensure a safe, fair, and efficient digital testing environment.

6. What are the different award categories and their requirements?

Awards are distributed based on the percentage score achieved:

  • Honourable Mention: 40% – 59.9%
  • Bronze Medal: 60% – 74.9%
  • Silver Medal: 75% – 89.9%
  • Gold Medal: 90% – 100%

7. What happens if I do not win a medal?

Regardless of the final score, every participant will receive a participation certificate and a report card.

8. How can I prepare for the competition?

Students are encouraged to study the curriculum and take advantage of the sample online exams provided to practice and prepare for the qualifying round. 

Online Zoom Classes (live & recorded) will be be shared with the parents, teacher and students in the Community.   

9. What are the components of the Global Finals?

The Global Finals consist of three distinct challenges:

  • The Written Exam: A 90-minute test focusing on quantitative and computational mathematics.
  • The Logical Minds Challenge: Five challenges focused on logic, analytical thinking, and pattern recognition.
  • The Rapid Fire Round: A live, high-energy competition testing speed and accuracy under time pressure.

10. What is the purpose of the "Logical Minds Challenge" in the Global Finals?

The goal of this challenge is to move beyond pure computation and test a student’s creativity, lateral thinking, and ability to recognize patterns.

11. If I join Global Finals, can I take both English and Math Tests?

Yes, you can join the Global Finals and take both TeenEagle English and TeenEagle Math tests.
