ScienCo is a premier international science competition for students in Grades 3–12. Designed to spark curiosity, it has grown into a global platform that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills while promoting cultural and intellectual exchange.

It all begins with the National Round—an online multiple-choice exam (20 questions in 60 minutes for Grades 3–4; 30 questions in 120 minutes for Grades 5–12). Students earn certificates, medals, and the opportunity to qualify for the Global Round.

Top performers advance to the Global Round, hosted in Singapore, where they face challenging science problems, connect with international peers, and participate in cultural activities.

Register for the National Round

    Sign up through Contest Bag to join ScienCo. Pick the November round, secure your place, and get ready to compete in the Olympiad.

    Each grade level has a clear syllabus of topics. Review carefully—they are key to preparing for the challenge.

  3. Practice with Resources

    Your account includes access to past papers for your grade. Use them to build confidence and sharpen your skills.

  4. Review Your Performance

    Practice tests help you measure your progress before the real event. They give you confidence and show you where you need to improve.

  5. Compete in the National Round

    Take the official online test and prove your science ability. This stage decides who qualifies for the ScienCo Global Round.

  6. Advance to the Global Finals

    Top achievers qualify for the Global Round in Singapore. There, finalists compete internationally and celebrate their success with awards.

02. What domains are tested in ScienCo?

The competition focuses on science and logical reasoning, covering areas such as ecosystems, systems, energy, interactions, biology, chemistry, and physics, depending on the grade level.

03. How is ScienCo structured?

ScienCo has two rounds: the National Round (online) and the Global Round (in-person, hosted in Singapore).

04. How long is the test and how many questions are there?

Grades 3–4: 20 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes
