The Turkic International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) is a prestigious international competition that brings together students from Grades 3 to 12 to showcase their talent in mathematics and logical reasoning. Founded in 2019, TIMO has grown into a global platform that not only tests mathematical skills but also promotes cultural exchange, intellectual growth, and international collaboration.
The competition is held in two stages:

Preliminary Round (February 7, 2026): A 90–120 minute online multiple-choice exam, with 25 questions tailored to each grade level. Scoring follows +4 for correct, -1 for incorrect, and 0 for blanks, with awards ranging from Honourable Mention to Gold.

Global Round (May 22–26, 2026, Baku, Azerbaijan): Finalists compete internationally, tackling advanced math challenges while participating in cultural exchange programs, networking, and gaining international recognition.
